Altitude Comedy Festival is the ultimate winter vacation destination for comedy connoisseurs and mountain lovers.
Founded in 2007 by comedians Andrew Maxwell and Marcus Brigstocke, Altitude is the world’s no.1 alpine comedy festival. Set in the picturesque town of Mayrhofen, Austria, one of Europe’s most beautiful ski resorts, we offer a truly unique experience that combines the thrill of skiing and snowboarding with the funniest comedy acts from around the world.
Not only will you be able to enjoy the winter sports and comedy, but also the beautiful scenery of Mayrhofen and the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the people in Austria.
At Altitude, you can spend your days shredding the slopes or participating in other activities like paragliding, hiking, snowshoeing, cycling, tobogganing, or even ice-climbing. If you’re more of an indoor type, try one of the hundreds of wellness centers in town, from Turkish baths to rooftop swimming pools and saunas. You can also go schnapps tasting, and in the evenings, you’ll be treated to a lineup of top-notch comedians that will have you laughing until your sides hurt.
